Payment destinations stay private
SCI does not publish payment destinations on marketplace pages. After you create an order, SCI Support provides the approved payment action privately for that order.

Once SCI verifies your payment, the seller payout is placed on hold for buyer protection. The seller ships your card, you receive and inspect it, and the seller payout is released only after you confirm safe delivery through the protected-order process.

Payment must be verified
An order is not treated as paid from a browser redirect alone. SCI Support verifies the submitted payment proof before the order moves into protected fulfillment.

Seller payout stays on hold
After payment verification, SCI places the seller payout into a buyer-protection hold. The seller must ship the card and the payout remains held while the order is protected.

Buyer confirms safe delivery
After you receive and inspect the card, you confirm safe delivery through the protected-order link. SCI releases the seller payout only after that confirmation; if there is a problem, use the protected-order dispute process.
What happens after payment
- Choose an approved payment method. For Venmo or Cash App, SCI Support can send a payment request directly; Apple Pay is available as a fast approved option with private Support instructions.
- SCI Support verifies the payment proof against the exact order.
- The listing is marked sold and the seller payout is placed on hold for buyer protection.
- The seller ships the card and the order remains protected while fulfillment is tracked.
- You receive and inspect the card, then confirm safe delivery through your protected-order link.
- SCI releases the seller payout only after your safe-delivery confirmation. If there is a problem, use the protected-order dispute process instead.
