SCI BUYER PROTECTION

Buy sports cards with confidence

Your payment is processed securely, and the seller payout is not released immediately after checkout. The seller must ship the order, provide tracking, and complete the protected delivery process.

1. Payment secured

Your payment is recorded and the seller payout is placed on hold.

2. Seller ships

The seller adds valid tracking so you can follow the package.

3. Inspect delivery

Receive and inspect the card before confirming that the order is acceptable.

4. Seller payout

The payout becomes eligible only after buyer confirmation and when no unresolved issue exists.

What to do after delivery

Inspect the card, packaging, condition, and listing details before confirming receipt. Do not confirm the order if it is missing, damaged, incorrect, significantly different from the listing, or raises an authenticity concern.

Use the protected-order link provided in your order emails to confirm safe delivery or report a problem. When a problem is reported, the seller payout remains on hold while the administrator reviews the order.
