These Terms govern your use of Sports Card Invest ("SCI") and its online marketplace for sports trading cards and collectibles. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace use
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their accounts, and use SCI only for lawful marketplace activity. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including card identity, condition, grading details, photographs, price, availability, and shipping information.
Purchases and payments
When you place an order, you agree to pay the displayed purchase price and any applicable shipping or other charges shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment method presented at checkout. An order is subject to confirmation and availability.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must have the right to sell the items they list and must not list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or materially misrepresented items. SCI may remove listings, restrict accounts, hold or reverse marketplace activity, or request additional verification when necessary to protect users and the marketplace.
Authenticity and marketplace signals
Seller verification badges, comparable-sales information, grading references, and other SCI trust signals are informational and are not guarantees of authenticity, future value, condition, or transaction outcome. Buyers should review the complete listing and available evidence before purchasing.
Returns, refunds, and disputes
Returns and refunds are governed by the SCI Refund & Returns Policy and any terms displayed for the specific transaction. If an order has a problem, contact SCI support promptly with the order information and relevant evidence.
Prohibited activity
Users may not use SCI for fraud, payment abuse, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, harassment, manipulation of marketplace data, or the sale of prohibited or unlawful goods.
Changes and termination
SCI may update these Terms as the service develops. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.
